She is very knowledgeable about the many different brands. I wanted a specific colour and style and she didnt steer me from my preference and was truly honest as to what was suitable. I'm truly pleased with my visit and purchase. All the staff I encountered were friendly and personable from the moment I walked in and were supportive of each other. Great team atmosphere!

We went before his eye appointment so that we could pick out frames and be ready after the exam was over. The store is lovely. It is large, clean, bright and pristine. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Carl and Mark. They were friendly and attentive, immediately helping us to find suitable frames for my son. Mark patiently assisted us while we chose multiple frames and answered all questions professionally and without hesitation. After the exam, my son was fiited for his frames/lenses. Carl handled the final details and cashing out was a seamless process. I highly recommend this location for prompt, efficient, thorough service and a pleasant experience, all offered by a strong, supportive team. My son left satisfied and so did I. We purchased two pairs of glasses ( I got a pair as well! ) and I know I will certainly return.
