- LBLaura BallSep 16, 20265.0Love Connect Hearing & this location is great, love being in the Mall so convenient. I have 3 kids who are hearing impaired and Dr Ray is amazing with them. He is the most patient man on the planet & his receptionist is gold! We love these guys they are great with my kids
- BSBrian SellaSep 10, 20261.0Came in this morning and found the receptionist sitting on Facebook. She didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in - I had to get her attention myself. I asked whether they provide ear cleaning. She told me it was $55 per ear, only to then tell me that they don’t actually provide the service. I don’t understand why she would quote a hypothetical price for a service they don’t offer. She was also very unpleasant and rude.
- RARick ArbajioJan 24, 20245.0The employee Joanne was amazing and friendly. She answered all my questions and was very pleasant with other customers.
- SCSharon ConveryApr 28, 20235.0I arrived on Friday af closing time, and Kaustuv Ray took me in ...fixed the problem I was having...showed me how to put the App on my phone to check the charge on my hearing aids...cleaned them for me and took the time to answer my questions. He was a 'lifesaver' for me as I thought I would be without working hearing aids all weekend. Thank you Kaustuv Ray !
- WCWC CJun 9, 20221.0Sharing this piece of important information had a employee go to the Pickering store location in mall and wanted to move their appointment, as well had made several calls through out day leaving messages for someone to return my call with a follow up and went online to fill out the form as well to notify we would like someone to contact or at least acknowledge. When Senior went to the business the receptionist was too busy playing cards on her phone under the monitor. She was ignoring the customer who was right in front of her. Dr. Mr. Ray needs to know this as business are open now and having this disappointing visit with the senior was not professional.
