OCR Academy is Ottawa’s first and only Family Fitness facility with an obstacle course training facility, with over 6,000 sq. ft. of obstacles, free weights, squat racks, and open training space. We put the fun back in functional fitness, and we want to help you overcome life’s challenges one obstacle at a time.
