I dealt first with Outaliane by phone giving her details of a new prescription for Progressive lenses that I wanted for a set of Persol frames. Outaliane immediately gave me the various options that the Varilux lenses that I needed. This lady is extremely knowledgeable and has great interpersonal skills. You cannot go wrong with her. During the store visit, Outaliane explained clearly the options that came with the Progressive Varilux lens, the transition (coating) and tint. Great service and best optical store in town, in my opinion.

My niece lost her glasses in the lake and she is on holiday! Lenscrafters fitted her with new glasses and offered to make them by 6 p.m.!!! Overall the staff really took the time to help and they truly care about eye health. I highly recommend Lenscrafters!
