  I recently visited the new Specsavers location in Oshawa and had an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The store manager who helped me went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we started looking at frames, she truly listened to exactly what I was looking for — something masculine, stylish, professional, strong, timeless, and suited specifically to my face shape, complexion, and features. Her attention to detail, experience, and professionalism were exceptional. She brought out several excellent choices, but in the end she selected two pairs that instantly felt perfect the second I put them on. She absolutely nailed every box I was looking to check and then some. It’s rare these days to meet someone who genuinely cares about their work and takes such pride in helping customers feel confident and comfortable, but that is exactly the experience I had here. The rest of the staff were also incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout the entire visit. As an added bonus, they even adjusted and repaired my Ray-Ban sunglasses free of charge by tightening them and improving the arm fit for me, which was greatly appreciated. The eye doctor who performed my eye exam and imaging was also extremely kind, professional, thorough, and courteous, making the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. I can honestly say this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time. I highly recommend Specsavers Oshawa to anyone looking for quality care, professionalism, honesty, and staff who truly go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you again to the entire team for such an excellent experience.

  Specsavers' no nonsense return policy is fantastic. My husband picked out bold frames for his new prescription, but they were much too heavy to wear for any length of time. We were expecting some pushback when we arrived at the store to ask about a replacement, but the staff were more than obliging and very helpful. Despite having several adjustments to his replacement specs, my husband is now very pleased with how everything turned out. The staff at this location are amazing. Babette went out of her way to make sure that the final adjustments to my husband's glasses were dead on. Thanks Babette for your expertise and superior customer service.

  First time at a spec savers and honestly might be the last, gave an order to get glasses made and 2 weeks later when I went to get an update they said they needed my prescription because they tried reaching my clinic for it and they didn't answer. Could have let me know to save my time and the drive I made. Then 2 weeks after that interaction I got a message today saying my glasses are ready to be picked up at 6 pm, came here at 7 pm to pick them up and finally not wear broken glasses. The door was locked and there was no one inside even though their store hours on Google and their door states they close at 8pm on Friday. Very unprofessional and disappointing

  Don't go anywhere else! This team has the finest members, most professional and personable staff I have ever experienced in Many Many years. I had my exceptional experience in Feb. of this year, and am so happy I went to this Spec Saver Location. Thank you ! JANE LEE
