  Kumail was incredibly patient, respectful, and helpful throughout my entire appointment. As a first-time glasses buyer, I was a little unsure of what to expect, but he made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciated his professionalism and the time he took to answer my questions. I highly recommend Specsavers at this location, especially for anyone who may feel nervous or unsure about their first experience buying glasses.

  Claire and her staff are amazing people to interact with. Everyone was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable in there field. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses and 1 pair of prescription sunglasses, they were ready within the 2 week window, fit was adjusted on the spot and 1 small error was corrected expeditiously and apologetically. Frame variety and great prices combined with a great experience, I recommend this location to anyone looking for glasses or sunnys!

  The staff at Oshawa Centre Specsavers are very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. It is a very busy place but I did book for myself and three daughters for eye exam. They were extremely patient for such a busy place and it did not feel rushed at all they took the time to explain the pricing for types of coatings, lenses, materials and treatments. One of the staff even explained that I should take breaks between viewing computer monitors at work which no one ever remembers to do or remind you. They have a good amount of frames selections and they also have very good 2 for $$ deals all the time. The wait time for receiving your orders are anywhere between 1 week to 3 weeks but my kids received theirs within 1-2 weeks. We purchased all our frames there as well and you don't need an appointment when returning for the fitting(s). A bonus: you earn PC optimum points for purchasing at any Specsavers. Make sure to check your PC app if there are any bonus points for purchasing glasses or contacts and you must add it to your list. Thanks to the staff for a great experience for my family.

  I had been getting my contact lens from this store and recently, the service I received has not been quite satisfying. When I came to the store to pick up my contact lens this year, I had encountered that there were a lot of miscommunications on where my contact lens are to be picked up. I was told to come back on a different day. When I had this ordeal the first time, I had let it slide. However, I encountered the same issue the second time I came back. I became frustrated because I was worried that I might not be able to get my contact lens in time as I had told the person that had assisted me that I had to get them before a certain date. I made sure that I settled everything about at least a week prior. On the upside of things, I’m glad that they provided me samples because the left side of the contact lens was on back order. However, I came back again after a few months to pick up the back order and I still encounter the same issue of not being able to pick up the contact lens because of miscommunications. I don’t blame the others who had helped me because they really tried to look for where my purchase is placed in the store (with them contacting the person that had helped me with the contact lens in the first place), but having this happen quite a lot throughout my visits is something that saddens me.
