  Bano made my first glasses shopping experience so much easier than I expected. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to help me find a pair that I felt confident in. She was brutally honest but in the best possible way! 😊 If a frame wasn’t the right fit, she told me. I knew she genuinely wanted me to leave with glasses that looked good, not just make a sale. She also went above and beyond by finding multiple discounts for me, which I really appreciated. Her honesty, sense of humor, and excellent customer service made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish.   A simple eye exam turned into the best 👌 experience ✨️ I could ever imagine! Dr. Neil is a true professional!! Explained everything SO thoroughly. It's easy to see his devotion and passion toward his work!! Jennifer receptionist/technician kind, thorough and helpful! Sahil helped me choose frames and showed excellent customer service. He also submitted our bill to our insurance provider. We were so impressed that my husband has booked his appointment for two weeks away. KUDOS to this business!!

What I appreciated most was that he never made me feel rushed. He provided honest recommendations and helped me find a pair of glasses that suited both my needs and style.   I had such an exceptional experience at the LensCrafters location in Oshawa Centre, and I want to specifically recognize Tabrees and Sahil for providing some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. I am very particular when it comes to my eyewear purchases, so knowledge, patience, and attention to detail are extremely important to me. Both Sahil and Tabrees went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and confident with every decision. I initially came in looking for rimless prescription glasses. Although the exact frame I wanted was not available in-store, Sahil provided incredible support throughout the process. He took the time to walk me through all the available options and used the iPad simulator to show me how different add-ons, including premium anti-reflective coatings, would look and perform. His expertise and patience made me feel completely comfortable ordering something I could not physically see in store, and I left feeling confident that I would be happy with the final product. I also came in searching for sunglasses, and Tabrees was absolutely phenomenal. He carefully showed me every option available, explained all of the customization possibilities, including gradient lenses, and even brought out examples so I could visualize how the finished product would look, since the specific pair I wanted was not available in-store. I tried on numerous styles, and Tabrees was incredibly detail-oriented in his recommendations. He offered thoughtful advice on whether certain frames would provide contrast to my features or blend more naturally with my makeup and overall look. His expertise, patience, and attention to detail made the entire experience enjoyable and gave me a great deal of confidence and trust in his recommendations. What stood out most was how easy both gentlemen were to talk to. They made the entire process feel relaxed, enjoyable, and pressure-free. They also took the time to bundle my purchases in a way that provided me with the best possible value, which I genuinely appreciated. I actually grew up purchasing my glasses from LensCrafters, but for the past five years I had been buying my eyewear elsewhere, including BonLook and Bailey Nelson. After this experience, I can confidently say that I have happily returned to LensCrafters. The outstanding service provided by Tabrees and Sahil reminded me why I trusted LensCrafters in the first place. Their professionalism, product knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care for their customers deserve recognition. I sincerely hope management acknowledges the exceptional work they do, because employees like Tabrees and Sahil are what keep customers coming back. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend the Oshawa Centre location to anyone looking for a personalized and first-class experience.
