Adult eye exams
We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care
Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.
Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

I can honestly say that Specsavers at Oakville Place has provided the best eyecare and customer service experience I’ve ever had! The entire team is absolutely amazing, including the optometrist and Makala, the eye care consultant, who were both wonderful, knowledgeable, and so helpful. The customer service is outstanding, the wait times are impressively short, and the quality of both the glasses and lenses is the best I’ve ever experienced.
One thing I especially appreciate is how affordable everything is. I don’t have work benefits, so finding high-quality glasses and professional eye care at a reasonable price is incredibly important to me. Specsavers has made that possible without compromising on quality or service.
The staff make you feel welcome, valued, and genuinely cared for from start to finish. I’m so grateful for the experience I’ve had here and would highly recommend Specsavers at Oakville Place to anyone looking for excellent eye care, beautiful quality glasses, and amazing customer service at affordable prices. Thank you to the entire team, especially Makala, for making such a positive difference!

My favourite place to get eye exams, lenses and frames! The owner is incredibly nice, the doctor tells you what to do very well and it’s a neat looking store. It’s just on the bottom floor of the mall near the center.

I’m beyond satisfied with my prescription eye exam, and the sales and pickup experience. I really appreciated saving hundreds of dollars by their $199 sale, PC Optimum earning points, and corporate discount on lens upgrades. I’m very grateful to have saved on the cost. I am very satisfied with the clarity, and how far I can see with both of my new prescription glasses. I feel safer while driving. The lens upgrades were well worth it, for anti-smudge. My prescription is high (-4.50) and astigmatism, yet the lens fit the glasses fine without paying for thinner lenses. 100% recommend. Best experience I’ve had in decades of wearing glasses.
