  Insurance mess-up, wasted time, and total unprofessionalism The staff member was unfamiliar with their own lens options and completely lost when I asked questions about upgrades. Things only got worse as she quietly changed my lens selections —removing the blue-light filter without telling me until I caught it and asked. Also messed up the insurance submission by adding uncovered plan, then altered my order total just to make the numbers match her mistake, all without a single word of explanation while we sat there guessing. When it all fell apart, she spent another 20 minutes trying to void the submission and couldn't even give me full printed proof that it was actually canceled. Because of their endless errors and delays, my $50 promotion that was only valid today expired right in front of us, and not a single apology was offered by anyone. Note: Be careful going here if you don’t want your insurance company to give your account a red flag due to their disorganized submission errors.

  We had the worst experience today. I was accompanying my wife to pick a new set of glasses. She already kind of knew what she wanted since we came in yesterday, so we took the glasses and started picking add-ons, and we picked most of them. Then it was just a nightmare. It took the service person almost an hour and a half to submit everything in the system. Along the way she kept dropping some of the add-ons WITHOUT telling us. So the whole time we had to keep a real close eye on what she was selecting, because she’d just skip things if something wasn’t compatible. We only found out because the price was different from the quote. And still she managed to mess it up, so she had to void the insurance claims that were already submitted. In the end we just had enough and left. Placing an order was never this difficult.

  I went near closing time to replace the 2 OLD nosepieces on my sunglasses. I believe it was "Bo" who said "just a minute", went to the back and replaced them ,and did not levy a fee !!! I was happy he could even save the sunglasses. I have purchased glasses from them previously with exemplary service as well. Highest regards to them. Thank you.

  It was a nice experience at LC - Oakville Place. Everybody helped out in accommodating our needs for eyeglasses. Very professional team. Haeji, took the measurements. She was also the one who made adjustments for the eyeglasses when we picked it up. She was very pleasant and professional. Nice team LC- Oakville Place. ♥️♥️♥️
