  Connect hearing has been so good to my dad who is constantly braking his hearing aids. We talked him into a new pair which are easy to manage but there is always problems. Samah has the patience of a saint and adds humour to most situations.

  I wanted to share my experience at Hearing Connect today. We just recently moved to the area and my neighbour told us about this great place she goes to at The Oakville Place. I booked an appointment for my senior mother and went. Our initial impression was how clean and bright the office was. We we’re pleasantly greated by Jennifer. She was smiling, polite and helpful with making sure my mom was comfortable till her appointment. Jennifer assisted my mom into her room and assured me she care for her while I did an errand at the mall. When mom was done Jennifer called me to say she was ready to go home. I came back, Jennifer reviewed my bill, said if we needed anything she’s only a phone call away. Then she helped us get thru the door with moms walker and we left. I knew Mom had a great experience there when on the car ride home she was all smiles talking about Jennifer. I think mom has a new bestie.

  I was having a problem with my hearing aid. I went in and talked to Jennifer and she said she would try to fix it. Minutes later I could hear again. Thanks so much for your help!!! Mark

  This company is falling apart. They have extremely poor upper management and lack of care or concern from head office! If u know u know!!!
