  I had a really great experience at Specsavers from start to finish. Booking my appointment was super convenient and I was able to do it online. I received both a confirmation call and text, which made the whole process feel very organized and seamless. The eye exam itself was excellent. The doctor Dr Fernandes was thorough, took their time, and explained everything in a clear and detailed way, which I really appreciated. After the exam, the process of selecting glasses was just as smooth. They have a wide variety of frames with tons of styles to choose from, so it was easy to find something I loved and trendy. I ended up going with 1 brown polarized sunglasses with a gold mirror tint, and another just grey polarized sunglasses and I’m honestly so happy with them! The quality of both the lenses and the frames feels amazing. During pickup, I really appreciated the one-on-one attention to make sure my glasses were properly adjusted. They took the time to ensure they fit comfortably and wouldn’t slip off my face, which made a big difference. A special thank you to Tom, Mohammed, Rae, and Mahima for making the entire experience so pleasant and seamless. Overall, a very well-organized, professional, and enjoyable experience and I’d definitely recommend this location!

  Service has been fantastic every time I’ve been here. Both glasses purchases and eye doc visits. Everyone genuinely cares about you walking out happy with your glasses decisions. Also very reasonably priced!

  I had a very frustrating experience with Specsavers. I ordered my glasses on March 25 and clearly requested pickup at their Fairview Mall location. However, I received a message from Allen Center on April 7 asking me to collect them. I went to Fairview Mall, only to find out the glasses had been sent to Allen Center. After calling, I was told they would transfer them to Fairview within two business days—but I never received any notification. I followed up again on April 21 and was told the manager would arrange a call back, but I haven't heard back yet. Finally, on April 23, I was told to just go to Fairview as the glasses were already there. The lack of communication and coordination between locations was very disappointing. Overall, a frustrating experience. I would not recommend.

  I had issues with two pairs of glasses purchased from them, as well as one from a different brand. Despite that, they assisted me with all three pairs quickly and without hesitation. I was in and out in less than five minutes. This is what I call exceptional after-sales service—highly recommended.

  I would strongly recommend reconsidering the staff at this location. I visited on April 16th, specifically for a scheduled contact lens appointment, so I was expecting support and guidance through that process. While I understand the importance of clearly explaining risks to patients, both the doctor and staff came across as dismissive and unwilling to assist. A major concern was how my long nails were handled throughout the appointment. The Indian guy repeatedly emphasized that because I have long nails, I would not be able to wear contact lenses, which is simply not accurate. Instead of offering proper instruction or adapting their teaching approach, this was used as a reason to discourage me from proceeding. They also made comments suggesting they were unsure if anyone would want to teach me because it “takes too much time,” which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. As a patient who specifically booked this service, I expected guidance and support,not to be made to feel like a burden.
