I needed replacements and was disappointed when Costco stopped carrying the phonak hearing aids. I tried some of their other brands without success. Fortunately there was a connect hearing near my house. The location was convenient and the hearing aids and service have been very good.

She explains things very clearly. Faith is amazing! She goes out of her way to make sure that each visit is smooth and pleasant. They have both been so helpful and they are an amazing team!

She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for her if you're looking for hearing care in the area!

They are very professional in their conduct, knowledge and patience for those of us who aren't 'techy'! We've reached out to them several times as we thought our hearing aids weren't working and the staff there were able to remedy the problem quickly without making us feel foolish! And they're very warm and personable! Thumbs up!👍
