  Not helpful, gatekeep prices behind hearing test. I am an experienced hearing aid user who already has their prescription who calling around for prices. They are sketchy about upfront pricing I called to get the pricing of a specific unit. They refused to give me the price over the phone and said that I needed to have a hearing test before they could reveal price. This clinic also has very limited hours which would require me to take time off work to get a hearing test from them. All the other clinics in the area were much more helpful and gave me immediate pricing or called me back to give me pricing.

  Great hearing clinic in York region, Jamie the clinic coordinator was friendly cheerful and Professional, nevertheless the expertise of Mr. Mike Foulis, HIS . This place is very neat. We visited yesterday with my wife May 27, 2025. Romeo and Elizabeth

  I bought my hearing aids from this place and let me tell you they are the least accommodating when it comes to helping you. Jennifer never even bothered to take the time to set up my hearing aids after I got them. In Langley BC I never needed an appointment to have my hearing aid cleaned or the tubing changed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Find a place where they are more compassionate towards your hearing loss. I would give 0 stars if i could.
