You can take your time to find the perfect fit for the frames and the prescription does come really quickly, way sooner than expected. Most members of staff are welcoming, swift and helpful.

UPDATE: My sunglasses finally arrived and I was able to pick them up. When I attended the location to pick them up, the store manager sat with me, apologized for all the confusion and delays, and walked me through exactly what happened. She also followed through on each resolution that was previously promised. Overall, while the issues experienced were frustrating, I'm happy with the final outcome and I've adjusted my rating accordingly!
Extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I have bought glasses from a different lenscrafters in the past and expected my experience here to go just as well, but it has not.
I purchased a pair of sunglasses 4 weeks ago, and at the time of purchase was told the turn around time was 1-2 weeks. I called for an update at the 2 week mark and was told there were shipping issues causing my lenses and frames to be sent separately. After that, the wrong lenses were sent. Then the lenses were broken while the pair was being put together. Now I am waiting for a new upgraded complete pair to be delivered but receiving inconsistent information each time I call about when I can expect them to be received. Each time I call I'm left confused about the status of my order and the timeframe I will need to wait. I was promised upgrades and a refund of my out of pocket cost but have yet to see any resolution come to fruition.
Extremely frustrating experience and will not be repurchasing from lenscrafters again, especially as there are plenty of other online and in store glasses companies that charge a fraction of the cost for similar quality lenses/frames where I have not experienced these issues.

Had a wonderful experience with Ale, he’s an incredibly knowledgeable and kind individual who was able to assist me with an issue regarding the fit of my glasses, despite the fact this specific pair was not purchased from his location. I would absolutely recommend anyone to contact him for any needs as he’s very timely and professional. I offered a tip as a thank you however he kindly replied that it wasn’t necessary. 10/10 guy and will definitely be returning.

I had a great experience with Narges! She was incredibly helpful and patient while helping me pick up my prescription glasses and choose the perfect prescription Tiffany & Co Sunglasses. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, something elegant and classy, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated her friendly attitude, knowledge, and attention to detail. Thank you, Narges, for the excellent service!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
