- KOKenneth OlsenAug 26, 20261.0Careful shopping here. I bought a pair of RayBan frames. After using them only a month, one of the arms fell off. When I went in to ask that they be replaced under warranty, their response was "tough luck, you didn't buy our $25 protection plan when you bought them; best we can do is SELL you another at a 20% discount. LOL. (Which by the way nobody offered or explained when I bought them). I pointed out that one does not have to buy insurance to claim a basic product guarantee against factory defects. Terrible service. One of the girls working there was openly smirking at my situation; incredibly rude. They must have a lot of quality problems if they try to depend on a "protection plan" out clause. I repeat: careful shopping there. Terrible experience.

Special shoutout to Maha! I hadn’t worn contacts in about 3 years and thought I’d be fine putting them in during the trial, but I struggled a bit. She was so patient and helpful and showed me a much easier way to do it. Really appreciated her help and would definitely recommend this location!

However, when I picked them up, they said the original lenses were not available!!! When I asked why, they just said, “Unfortunately, it’s not 100 percent guaranteed”! Why was this not mentioned when I ordered?!!! I’m disappointed, and my recommendation is: don't count on their promises.
