  I had such a great experience at Specsavers thanks to Dania and Rana. They were both incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Their excellent customer service made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. Thank you both for going above and beyond—I highly recommend Specsavers because of your outstanding care!

  I had the pleasure doing eye exam with Dr Sekhon. Dania did a great job translating and explained every single word. Rana helped me as well with the glasses Great team.

  Specsavers Square One in Mississauga, ON is the best place to get your eyes checked buy glasses and contacts. Many places have great products but Specsavers has the greatest customer service and greatest doctor I have encountered in my 70 years. Dr. Oupamdeep Malhi is knowledgeable, kind, patient, willing to help with a smile and great professionalism. I am fortunate to find such fantastic doctor a master of her profession. It's only possible to find the best doctor if customer service is the best. Specsavers has absolutely the best employees: Gurpreet, Rana, Amrita, Farrah, Ashwini are true Specsavers gems 💎 kind, professional, knowledgeable, willing to help with beautiful smiles. I never experienced such amazing customer service. They are great benefit to your company, customers that encounter those fantastic employees will be customers and patients for life just like I will. Dr. Oupamderp Malhi, Gurpreet, Rana, Amrita, Ashwini are shiny stars ⭐️ that will brighten everyone's visit. I highly recommend them. If you come once you will be coming forever.   My wife and I had eye exam appointments scheduled for 5:00 PM today. We arrived at approximately 5:05 PM, as our newborn required attention just before we left home. Upon arrival, the location was quite busy, and no staff acknowledged us initially. We eventually entered the eye exam area ourselves, where we were advised to wait until we were called. While waiting, we browsed the frames on display. At approximately 5:18 PM, we were called over. At that point, the representative who served us informed us that only one of us could proceed with the eye exam, citing that we had arrived late. I explained that we were only five minutes late due to an unavoidable situation and that the additional delay was due to the store being occupied with other customers. Despite this, the representative declined to accommodate both appointments despite we not being able to come back again given our family commitments and advised us to reschedule for another day. Given the circumstances, this response felt inflexible and lacked consideration for our situation, with little to no empathy demonstrated by the staff member. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend this location. I would also encourage the staff to ensure customers are treated with professionalism and respect, rather than focusing solely on operational or business priorities.
