Do not follow up on their promises, they said they’d quickly make the glasses however they took way too long and lied about it later. No courtesy, lots of attitude. An incredibly disappointing experience with them, won’t be shopping here again.

They were incredibly welcoming, professional, and thorough. Aarti and Amrita also went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect pair of sunglasses and took the time to answer all my questions with great detail and patience.Dr. Rajbir S. Sekhon was wonderful during the actual eye exam. He was highly knowledgeable, guiding me through every step of the process and explaining everything clearly. Aarti and Andrew were very helpful and friendly. They answered all of our questions and concerns and made sure we were able to get the best deal possible. Very happy with the purchases and with the entire experience. Overall we got professional service with good budget friendly glasses, no pushy sales or hidden fees. Would recommend to family and friends.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
