Adult eye exams
We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care
Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.
Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

I came in for my eye test and to purchase glasses. Everyone was so helpful and kind to me. Very professional and thorough! They even offered special type of glasses for me as I work with computers all day long!!
Truly appreciated all the help and professionalism I experienced!!
Also really appreciated the fact that there was no hidden costs or surprises as I have typically experienced at other places! Everything was honest and straightforward!!

I've been a Specsavers customer since my days in the UK, and I was happy to find them in Canada. On a recent visit to the Erin Mills Town Centre location, my experience wasn't as smooth as I'd hoped, so I shared feedback with the team not expecting much.
I was pleasantly surprised when the owner called me personally, listened carefully, and was clearly interested in making things better. He's looking into the issues and improving staff training. That kind of accountability is rare, and it won me back.
Some highlights:
The technician service is fantastic. My old pair of glasses was falling apart, but I wanted to keep it as a backup. The technician readjusted and repaired it, and it fits like new.
The enhanced eye test is worth it. I've had standard eye tests elsewhere, and this one goes further. It gave me extra insight into my eye health that I hadn't had before.
They care. A business that welcomes feedback and acts on it is one I'm happy to keep supporting.
