  David and Jude, They did a great job and helped us a lot throughout the whole process. From helping us decide on the right frame to clearly explaining all the features and assisting us with the insurance process, David was patient, knowledgeable, and professional at every step. They made the entire experience smooth and comfortable, answered all our questions properly, and ensured we were satisfied with our choice. Excellent customer service overall highly appreciated and recommended. Also, Dr. Chaudhary explained things about my eyes so well in a way that no one had ever told me before. The explanation was detailed, easy to understand, and very informative. I truly appreciated the time and care taken during the appointment.

  I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters Square One. The sales associate who helped me, Subh (I believe her name starts with S!) was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my choices. Great customer service — I’ll definitely be coming back!
