Shiv was so busy, but still she attended me with great gratitude by bringing me perfect frames on the table which fully satisfied me. Following Amy was a model to ware the frames to show me. Even she gave time to me. Which was great. Lastly Shiv and Gagan helped in completing the purchase. Overall I am glad and truly appreciate for there great help. I wish them good luck in everything. On the way out from the mall, found that same eye exam is available for $99 at Specsavers, just in the same asile. Also Field test was for $70 at Lenscrafters and $50 at neighbouring shop. I went back and asked why Lenscrafters are charging extra, didnt get a suitable reply, nor they agreed to match the price and refund the difference. so as a diasatisfied customer leaving this review. This is last time i visited Lens Crafters. May others will find this review beneficial.
