I attended my first class in November of 2024 as a promise to a friend, but I quickly fell in love with spin, the infectious energy of the instructors, friendly faces at the front desk, and the supportive rider community at Cyclebar Markham. Before CBM, my fitness journey was at a standstill. I had a gym membership that I rarely used and prioritizing my health felt more like a chore than anything else. I completely neglected it if I'm being honest, but Cyclebar completely changed that for me. It has become a place I genuinely look forward to showing up to everyday. I've celebrated many milestones here, not only in the number of rides I've completed and the progress I've made in my weightloss journey, but most importantly in how I feel in my body. I'm more confident, more comfortable in my own skin, and more willing to try things I never would have before. Finding something I genuinely enjoy and a community of people who share that same passion has played such a big part in this shift for me. So whether you're looking for a great workout, a welcoming community or simply a fun new hobby, come try a ride at Cyclebar Markham! You won't regret it :)

Every class is so much fun, keeps me energized, and the themed rides are the best—especially the Soca rides and the recent Hamilton ride! A huge shoutout to all of the incredible instructors for their encouragement, positivity, and patience as I learned to get comfortable with cycling. They’ve made every ride enjoyable and motivating. I always leave feeling stronger and looking forward to the next class!
