  The staff are absolutely fantastic! From the moment you walk in you are greeted by professionals who truly care about your dental experience. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and provide client focused care. I am so nervous to go to the dentist, but they ease your fears before you are even sitting in the chair. When you are being worked on during the procedure they communicate with you effectively, and do verbal check-ins during your procedure. They recognize that that some people (ME) are always a little nervous at first. They are excellent with children, and it is clear that the staff treat eachother with respect, and always willing to lend a hand to their colleagues. I will never go to anyone, but them. The embody the phrase, "People may not remember what you said, but they will always remember how you made them feel." They always follow-up with you for constructive feedback, or just to see how you are feeling the next day. Non- verbal, and verbal communication are also exemplary, calm tone of voice, yet confident so you know you are in good hands. They never make you feel rushed to answer any questions you might have, and I am so grateful. I was there yesterday. I have noticed on each visit their body language, eye contact and professionalism, as they greet patients with respect and warmth. They work with you to find the best dental outcome for your detal needs, and are upfront about your options, which helps the patient to make an informed decision with their Dentist. The atmosphere is family friendly, they call you by name, and are always prepared should anything come up that they weren't expecting. All staff demonstrated respect, excellence and compassion for those they serve. If you are new to London, and you don't have a Dentist hands down I would choose them over and over. Integrity, trust, and always maintaing your dignity is evident upon approach, and even when swamped they still treat each person who comes through the door with a genuine smile. The staff provide interpersonal excellence communication is something that many medical professionals would benefit from their skill set as they set the bar very high.   I do not like going to the dentist but my hygienist yassika makes the expensive tolerable. She explains things very clearly throughout the appointment and offers tips on how I can improve my oral hygiene. She is always gentle which helps with my anxiety. I really enjoy coming to woodland for my dental needs.

  Very friendly staff, attentive to my needs. The dental hygienist is very professional and thorough. Recently had a crown to correct a issue, it was a good experience and Dr.Wigle did excellent follow-up to ensure no issues.
