Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

How can I amend or cancel my order?

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.

Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?

If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.

Adult eye exams

We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.

Children’s eye care

Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.

Contact Lens assessments

During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

3D scanning technology (OCT)

At Specsavers we include an advanced 3D eye scan as part of every standard comprehensive eye exam, at no extra charge. This helps our optometrists detect eye conditions earlier and makes our eye exam the most revealing eye exam yet.

Review for Dr Hannah Youssef our regular Optomestrist . My husbands regularly schedule appointment was May 20-2026 booked for 1:30pm, on arriving at the Dr's office at Spec Savers full with no seating available . after a long wait my Husband went in for his appointmen ( I did not go in with him) He had his regular exam, recieved his new prescription and we went to get the new glasses ordered . After getting the new glasses , he complained he could not see with them and we went back to see Dr Youssef . She gave him a re-exam ( this time i went in with him) She did not seem happy to see us and in exam she was very short with him and raised her voice to tell him to blink ). upon completion of this appointment was given another prescription this time a stronger prescription and added prism with no real explanation for the change .With in a few days he was still not seeing well and complained to me again saying he seen doulble when he looked a certain way. So I went to the original Spec Saver store at Super store and was advised maybe the best thing to do was go to emergency dept. Went immediatley to the hospital and was seen with in 5 minutes and after a check with the Eye Dr There they advised him he needed to be seen by a special clinic in our town at St Joseph hospital and with our approval he made an emergency appoint ment for first thing the next morning . We kept the appointment and was at hospital for several hours and was seen by 3 Drs and he was diagnosed as having Weiss ring and was then diagnossed with Hemorrhagic PVD. He has now had 3 different eye glass prescription and have since found a very good through Dr who does not rush him and takes time to explain everything he was doing and why. Now it is just a matter of time for healing. I believe she should do more that a 15-20 rushed Eye appointment and be present in the room and not paying attention to the long waitng patience outside her door . My recomcation for This DR is find some one else that will have the time ,Paitence,ect to take care of the clients As of this review Dr Youssef has stil not been in touch with us or showed any signs of owning any of this problem.

I recently went to Specsavers for my bi yearly eye exam. From the moment I entered the entire team were welcoming, friendly and informative. Everything was explained as we proceeded through my eye exam. Once it was time to pick my new glasses and prescription sunglasses, the young lady that assisted me was very helpful and listened to what I was looking for and in a specific price range. I was very happy with what I chose and with the price. I will most definitely go back for my next eye appointment there.

I was immediately greeted as I entered the shop and attendant was courteous and helpful while I attempted to find frames. The patience and thoughtful attendant made me feel welcomed on my first visit and subsequent visit when I picked up my new glasses. The selection was good and prices reasonable.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
