Adult eye exams
We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care
Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.
Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars!
My experience was extremely disappointing. Mohammed was very unprofessional and showed a complete lack of understanding and empathy.
I was only 10 minutes late for my appointment, and despite explaining that I was dealing with an urgent issue with my prescription glasses, he refused to let me see the eye doctor for my checkup.
I understand that appointments run on a schedule, but a little flexibility, professionalism, and compassion should be expected, especially when someone is experiencing an urgent vision-related issue.
The way Mohammed handled the situation was unacceptable. I felt completely dismissed and disrespected as a patient.
Very poor customer service and an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend this place based on how I was treated.

All staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Nicole was a great help from the time we walked in the door, explaining the process, and assisting in choosing our frames!

Long 3 weeks to wait for 2 pairs of glasses that are fully paid already. Pricing is still a bit overpriced just like other stores but they offer the lowest overpriced glasses. Staff are inviting.Still cant comment on craftmanship because of the long 3 weeks wait. 2 weeks is acceptable 3 weeks is too long.

Ask for Christine/Christina, or is it Carolyn (aging sucks) .. just look for the most beautiful eyes you've ever seen). Amazing customer service and seriously a joy to deal with. Very knowledgeable and extremely patient. Amazing prices. Great sale on right now. You won't be disappointed.
