Adult eye exams
We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care
Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.
Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.
3D scanning technology (OCT)
At Specsavers we include an advanced 3D eye scan as part of every standard comprehensive eye exam, at no extra charge. This helps our optometrists detect eye conditions earlier and makes our eye exam the most revealing eye exam yet.

I went in for glasses at the store for the first time. I was given excellent service by all staff I interacted with and I was very pleased with the quality of the frames for the great price.

If you are looking for an optometrist with the patience of an absolute saint, look no further than Specsavers at Masonville. Between failing to follow basic instructions, completely hot-boxing the eye testing machine with my breath until it fogged into another dimension, and being a general menace with the whole ‘is one or two better’ routine, she had every right to whack me over the head with my own cane. Instead, she stayed totally professional, didn't threaten my life once, and helped me see clearly. Five stars for unmatched tolerance and fantastic eye care!

I was immediately attended to in a very busy store. The staff was efficient and did their best to make sure the glasses I chose 2 weeks ago were found. I was immediately placed with someone who could walk me through their 2 for 1 special, the savings, lens choices etc. I was very impressed with trainee JOEL who tried to input Blue Jays savings and PC Optimum points via different inputs, all the while thanking us for our patience. I dont know anyone who can't spare a few minutes to get discounts and deals. Several members of the team helped with all of our experience and I was really impressed. I highly recommend the team at the Madonville mall in London. They also can make sure your glasses are shipped to the closest outlet that is convenient to tou ( in our case Hamilton) Fantastic service, we will be back!
