Couple of months later we were away for few months my husband started experiencing issues with only the sunglasses. We went back to the store to explain the issue. The optician who helped us initially is Lia who said they will talk to branch manager, Kristie at whiteoaks mall and get back to us. The manager was away on a trip so we waited for a week then the manager contacted us but didn’t even investigate the issue. she started telling us lies after Lies. She lied about the type of the lenses then she lied about my husband calling the store on the same day we ordered it to upgrade to a better lenses which never happened since we are not knowledgeable on lenses. She then said we’ll fix them only if we pay extra money but they don’t guarantee it once we pay we can’t do anything about it. Basically we’ll pay the money and then throw it in the garbage. So we decided to do our own investigation to understand what kind of lenses they actually used verses what the manager is saying. We did our own investigation to find out she lied to us and that the lenses they used on both glasses are not what is written on the receipt and what the manager told us they used on the glasses. We will never go to LensCrafters at white oaks mall again and we’ll make sure to tell our family and friends not to do so.
