  We had an excellent experience getting my husband glasses! The service was outstanding from start to finish. Alana ( store manager) who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly. She took the time to explain everything clearly, helped us choose the perfect frames, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone so patient and skilled while also making customers feel comfortable and valued. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional service!

  Had an eye appointment here and they were so thorough and helpful! The dr really listened to me and helped me determine what would help me best! When I went to the store front the staff Dhara were very helpful in assisting me determine glasses I liked and that would fit in my budget. While the glasses are high on the price end, they feel more durable than other places plus they have the 1 year protection plan that is a fair price.

  We accidentally sat on the glasses, bending and crushing the handles and joints. Even though we thought they were beyond repair, we took them to the store, where Michael (Mike) skillfully restored them to their original condition.

  My husband purchased a pair of eye glasses from white oks branch but had issues with one of the glasses due to issues with the lenses. The LensCrafters white oaks manager didn’t solve the issue and requested to pay more money to get it fixed and she lied to us on the tour of lenses they used on the glasses. So we went to LensCrafters in Masonville to ask about the type that was actually used on these glasses. The optician Cat was very understanding. She explained all of the types of lenses they use on their eyeglasses which was not what our receipt/bill of sale said. She talked to Devawn the assistant manager at the branch who assured us that they will fix the issue we have and that they’ll replace the glasses for us. We are so appreciative of this outcome especially the treatment we had at this branch. Thank you Cat and Devawn.

  Purchased a pair of Rayban prescription glasses a couple weeks ago at the Masonville store, I believe the reps name is Katarina. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The glasses came in on time but without the lenses I was expecting. She took care of the issue immediately without question. Excellent service, have been buying my families glasses there for years and we will continue to do so. Great customer service, Laura is an exceptional member of your team.
