What stood out the most was her ability to build a strong rapport with me, understand my specific requirements, and then provide thoughtful suggestions and recommendations based on those needs. Dhara went above and beyond to ensure I received the right guidance and a personalized experience. In my opinion, this was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in years. She is truly an asset to the lens crafters team, and her excellent service deserves to be recognized and appreciated.

The store environment was lovely, especially due to the store not having loud music playing. The lighting was also softer in comparison to the other stores in my mall. He did not greet me or tried to help me with checking whether my glasses were ok on my face.This is not acceptable at all. Not only was he incredibly helpful in finding me a new pair of frames after I accidentally broke my old ones, but he managed to find a pair that looked exactly like my old ones—even though they had an original design and came in a variety of colours! He was also incredibly prompt in switching my lenses into the new frames, so within 10 minutes, I had my glasses back! What a relief! LensCrafters is the only place where I purchase my glasses, and it’s the only place I will recommend. Every single time, I have a great experience.
