I had a very thorough hearing test with Ellen explaining everything that was going to happen before each portion of the exam. Ellen then took me to her office where she programmed my hearing aids, again explaining everything as she did it. Ellen was very professional and answered the questions I had in a manner that I could understand. I will definitely be seeing Ellen again for all my hearing aid maintenance. Thank you Ellen.
