Ellen explained the hearing test thoroughly and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. She then showed me the results on a graph and explained so that I understood. She showed me the instrument she recommended for my particular problem. A few days later I was fitted and the aids were programmed. Ellen took time and great care to make sure I understood how to use and live my life comfortably with the aids. I feel confident and comfortable with this new way of life and look forward to an ongoing relationship with Ellen and Amanda as a significant part of my health care team! Joan Hutchinson
