They were unable to locate his ODSP file and they said he had to have something printed To bring in I called this morning just to get someone else to double check just to make sure that everything was fine. Just because I didn’t have access to a printer and the guy on the phone who is apparently a manager said that my son doesn’t have benefits and I need to call my son‘s worker. I think the guy doesn’t know what he’s doing. He clearly has no idea how to use the system because I called my son‘s normal eye Doctor Who relocated that’s why we were going to specsavers. They were able to find his file just fine and he does have benefits. I highly suggest you don’t waste your time going to Specsavers when the people there do not know how to do their jobs or they’re just lazy and don’t want to do it.

This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
