  Joshua and Zelika were truly incredible. From the moment I walked in, Zelika greeted me with warmth and was a ray of sunshine throughout my visit. Joshua was quick and efficient when fixing both pairs of glasses! 10/10 service!

  Great experience at LensCrafters! The staff were very helpful and patient in assisting me and my kids with choosing the right glasses. They also helped us maximize our insurance benefits, which we really appreciated. Excellent customer service and a friendly, welcoming experience. Highly recommended!

  Honestly, a very frustrating experience with LensCrafters. I bought Meta Ray-Ban glasses with Transition lenses in Sapphire Blue. When I was placing the order, I showed the salesperson the colour from the image they had displayed on their Meta Ray-Ban screen and clearly said, “I want this exact colour.” They told me it was Sapphire Blue, so I went ahead and ordered them. After waiting almost 2 weeks, I finally got the glasses and the colour looked quite different from what I had seen on the screen. So I went back to the store to ask what happened. This is where things got frustrating. Joshua (or Josua) told me that colours look different digitally compared to how they look in real life. Okay, I understand that. But then my question was simple — why wasn't this explained to me when I was choosing the colour? I wasn't even angry at that point. I just wanted to understand what happened and see what options I had. Instead, I was told by him, “It's not his fault, you should have asked before purchasing.” Like seriously? I'm not buying $900 glasses every day. How am I supposed to know that the colour shown on the store's own display can look completely different in person? You sell these glasses every day — that's exactly the kind of thing I would expect the salesperson to explain before taking my money. And then it got even worse. When I asked for his name, he raised his voice and said, “You don't need to know my name,” and walked away to the back office, basically leaving me standing there with no solution. Thankfully, Isabella was much more professional and actually took the time to explain the situation to me properly. Appreciate her for that. Still, there was no resolution to my issue, and honestly the whole experience left a really bad taste. Spending almost $900 on glasses and then being treated like it's somehow the customer's fault for not knowing something that should have been explained beforehand is extremely disappointing. I definitely won't be recommending this LensCrafters location after this experience.

  Hi I have bad experience with store's staff. I came with broken bi-focal glasses which was purchased two months ago. I asked to fix , but they deny and say you need to buy glass care extended warranty , even staff did not fix said -we do not staff to fix. I go in same mall, one of eyecare glass guy fix without charge.Lens crafters has big name ? very bad experience with staff in this store.
