We first came in to get a quote for my daughter’s prescription glasses, and Idli together with the other staff member were both incredibly helpful and accommodating. They took the time to explain everything clearly and helped us find options to help us get a better deal and discount code to lessen the cost. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism made the whole experience much easier and less stressful for our family. Thank you both for the outstanding customer service and genuine care. I expected to leave with a prescription for contact lenses but was told it is not their policy to give me one and I would have to come back there if I wanted to order any. I have never experienced this anyplace else. Had I known this to be their policy I would never have gone there. Maybe tell people ahead of time, sure you can make an appointment, but we're not going to give you your prescription. Ridiculous. I will never go to Specsavers again.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
