I love that there is no sales push and that you really feel you can trust their opinions. Another thing I appreciated was their "information intermissions". They don't bombard you with information. The timing is perfect and it's easy to understand. The prices were a bit surprising. A lot less then what I thought it would be even with top of the line lenses. Designer frames does not equal brake the bank here. But the best thing about this particular Lenscrafters is hands down the people! They could teach the course on outstanding customer service! I tell you, if any of these people don't love their job, you'd be hard pressed to figure out which one. This store is definitely one to tell your friends about!!
