  My 94 year old mother was having issues with her hearing so we made an appointment at Amplifon Clinic Keswick. When we arrived, Paula (the receptionist), made us feel right at home while we waited for Abby to finish up with her customer. Upon meeting Abby we felt like we had known her all her life. She was very professional and explained all aspects of the appointment and tests while keeping the atmosphere light. We shared many laughs during this and subsequent appointments and came away with a great pair of hearing aids and new members to our family. My Mom now enjoys the ease of her hearing aids and all the sounds and conversations she was missing. Thanks to Abby, Paula and Amplifon!!

  Exemplary service from both Paula and Abby. They treated us more like family, rather than amoth $. So happy we found them after some not so good experiences from other hearing clinics. Congrats Ampliphon on having this extraordinary team in Keswick.

  This was my first time ever getting a hearing test. I thought I was losing my hearing and was worried. But the people in the office made me feel comfortable and the young lady that did my hearing test made me feel as ease. She explained everything to me in great detail and was empathetic to things going on in my life. In the end my hearing was fine. I am very grateful to have such a great business so close home.
