- CSCari Segat6 days ago5.0I accompanied my mother to her recent appointment with Brooke. Brooke is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind and went the extra mile to help my mother. She has been struggling with her hearing aids for years. Now for the first time she hears so much better and now smiles all the time. We come from downtown Ottawa and will happily keep making the drive as it’s worth the A1 service we received. Thank you again Brooke :) Donna and Cari

She was also very understanding/sympathetic of my condition and how poorly my hearing is at my age. I highly recommend them !
