  I have now had two very unenjoyable experiences at this store. In the first the staff member was not helpful when I was trying to order a pair of sunglasses. They were custom Ray bans and they ordered the wrong colour of arms and when I brought them in I was told “that’s how they are now” which was not the case. Luckily another staff member was able to correct the issue. So I thought don’t let one bad experience be my only experience, everyone has a bad day. Well I was wrong, when trying to get contact lenses after an appointment at the store, I wasn’t listened to or respected. I was asked for my current brand of contacts, and I couldn’t remember. Then I was berated for not having a box at home, I had just thrown away my last box, hence why I wanted to buy new ones. This was a huge imposition for the staff member and they were blown away that I didn’t know my brand or have a box because they have plenty of empty boxes at home. I appreciate that it would be more of an ordeal to try new lenses etc rather than just putting an order in, however I can’t provide information that I don’t have. They were not interested in me getting the correct fit but more concerned about the added work it would be to find the correct lenses. Thoroughly unimpressed with the lack of understanding they had with my situation and I’m not interested in being treated as a problem rather than an opportunity to find the correct fix. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

  We visited Peare Vision recently to purchase new Eyewear. We were greeted with friendly staff. They acknowledge us entering the store and said they would be with us shortly. They were busy. We were hoping to get Diane but unfortunately she was off. We usually consult with her. She is excellent at her job. Both knowledgeable and friendly giving sounds advice. We met with Erica who processed the whole way. She was patient with my indecisiveness. Gave her valued opinion. She was very helpful. Your staff at the Huntsville store are great. I mean GREAT!! 👍 Thanks for the help. Tim and Bonnie Bennetts

  Walked in to see if the store carried contacts and to look into getting a new pair of glasses. The woman at the front desk was exceptionally rude and immediately shut me down. I was not even given the opportunity to ask about getting new frames. I couldn’t imagine seeking services from a team with that attitude. Certainly not the way to treat prospective customers!

  The ladies at Pearle Vision have always been excellent - with advice, suggestions, and communication - but most recently they went out of their way to help solve a problem. They are truly committed to customer service, and I’m grateful.
