Adult eye exams
We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care
Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.
Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

Great experience getting my new 2 pairs of glasses (got their BOGO sale). Nice selection of glasses, tho I wish more colour options were available, but you can bring in your own frames.
The store has always been clean when I go in, and they have a donation box for your old glasses to be dropped off.
Even the basic glasses cases are study.
The only negative is the door access is tricky if you have a mobility aid as there are security pillars at the front.
The staff is all fabulous.
They are competent and friendly.
The eye exams are very detailed and the Drs are very knowledgeable.
Thanks for your assistance in getting my glasses fit for my face!

Went to Spec Savers for the 2nd time, i would like to say their service is amazing as always and the staff is very quick and caring, and i truly appreciate the specialized care they provide you with. Will definitely be returning for my next exam and set of glasses.

I made an appointment here for an eye exam. Everyone I interacted with—from the first staff member I encountered upon entering to the person who helped me order my new glasses after the appointment—was extremely professional. I am very grateful for that. I would recommend this place without hesitation!!!! Thank you 🥰

Had to wait 2 weeks for replacement glasses because the last frames I purchased broke, I wear progressives so am totally blind without them. Customer service is the worst in the Barton Street Plaza location! I walked in and stood there for a good 5 minutes while the woman at the desk in front of me clicked away at the computer with no acknowledgment, shoot she did not even look up! Finally, she took some papers up the back and when she came back I said I was there to pick up my glasses and her words were; “ I’ll be with you in a minute” which was a couple more minutes. A little acknowledgment would have gone a long way! I felt like I was bothering her by being there! This is my 3rd time here and this woman acts like she is above everyone! Will definitely not get my next exam here, rude people just rub me the wrong way, and today I left here in a mood. I walked in feeling great as finally my glasses arrived but the lady with the long hair (no name tag) surely sent me away feeling like crap!!
