- TFTracey Francalanza6 days ago1.0Horrible wait times...my appt was for 12:20 i even went in at 11:20 with my husband they took me after him for a pre test but at 1pm i was still waiting so i left. They need to have more than 1 doing eye exams or atleast call the patient and tell them its goinh to be a longer wait time. I will not be back sad too because my dad had great feedback mind you it was a different location. Hopefully they can fix this issue quick or they will lose business.

In fact, they nail it in every corner. Service, selection, price, and professionalism.....All 10/10. Seriously, what I get x2 pairs of progressive lenses glasses (with all the add-ons), in awesome frames, for just over $600, there...... compared to, let's say, Pearle Vision for $1,400; you tell me. Try them, they won't disappoint! *Special shout-out to mention the exemplary assistance/service provided by Mandeep Sandhu, Retail Partner of the 'Centre on Barton' location.

He also offered me a pair of contacts to tide me over the 5-7 business days it would take my order to come in. I appreciated it. I would have loved to say 5 stars. Sadly, I placed an order 2 weeks ago for new contacts. Would be assured that if they weren't in on 2nd, they would be in on April 7th. I called yesterday to find out what had happened. Assured they were calling the manufacturer to find out and would call me back within 24 hours. It's now 5:30 on the 15th, no call, no email. Not impressed. Not at all.
