  Carolyn made it so easy for us to get the best care for our parents when their needs increased very quickly. I contacted a number of agencies and I could tell from the detailed questions that Carolyn asked me that Home Instead was attentive to the specific needs of their clients. Carolyn is very professional and not surprisingly the staff she selected to assist us at this very difficult time are very professional and highly trained. They are punctual, reliable, skilled, patient, calm, kind and professional. One of the VON palliative nurses observed that he has never met as skilled and kind a PSW as Samuel and we all agree. Samuel, Markenson, Manish and Elisha have been so helpful and kind. I highly recommend Home Instead!

  We are very grateful to Home Instead and Carrie (our home support person) for the support provided to our mother. We were able to enjoy our time of respite knowing that Carrie was able to engage with Mom in meaningful ways that made her sundowning time less anxious. Carrie was excellent -- warm, compassionate, and skilled and discerning in her interactions. Thanks!

  Nazanin is providing care for my mom and respite for my dad. She is kind and compassionate. My mom now refers to her as the nice lady she has tea with instead of "babysitter". We are grateful to Home Instead and to Nazanin.

  Carolyn and her team have been excellent and so supportive in the care of my Mother these last several months. Carolyn has always been there to assist whenever I reached out and so patient when we had to adjust schedules, appointments and the level of care my Mom needed and wanted. I can not say enough how much our family appreciated Home Instead Hamilton. Her team always went above and beyond to make my Mom's life and our lives so much better and truly cared about our well being and how best to handle situations. Thank you so much to Carolyn and her team for everything - we will never forgot your care!!

  Thank you to Carolyn and the great caregivers, Helena, Selma, Rashee and NK, for looking after our mom during a difficult time. We appreciate the quick response and flexibility in setting up a schedule that accommodated our needs. Thank you to the girls for their compassion and patience with my mom.
