The problem with this is they need them for their job and safety reason. And why would hearing aids need to be updated (as computer)every few months....this isn't the first time this happened, it just happened a month or so ago

The provided excellent customer service including helping us with paperwork that had to be completed and directed us in processing our paperwork. Then they followed up to make sure we were taken care of. Then the hearing ad fitting and service continued the great service. Everyone was very helpful and friendly! Thank you.
