  My father needed his hearing aid cleaned and forgot to bring the kit to do so when he came to the cottage. I called Anne and she, without hesitation suggested we come in. This was 3:30 Friday. We arrived and she cleaned it within 10 Minutes for him. Always while smiling! Thank you Anne!!

  I recently accompanied an elderly lady to Amplifon for a hearing test, and we were extremely pleased with the outstanding service we received. Jesse conducted a thorough hearing assessment and carefully fitted her with hearing aids that perfectly suited her needs. He took the time to explain, in great detail, how to install, clean, and properly use all the settings, ensuring she felt comfortable and confident. His assistant, Anne, provided exceptional customer service—she is incredibly friendly, helpful, and a true pleasure to deal with. That level of care and attentiveness is quite rare these days. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of hearing services.
