  I recently accompanied an elderly lady to Amplifon for a hearing test, and we were extremely pleased with the outstanding service we received. Jesse conducted a thorough hearing assessment and carefully fitted her with hearing aids that perfectly suited her needs. He took the time to explain, in great detail, how to install, clean, and properly use all the settings, ensuring she felt comfortable and confident. His assistant, Anne, provided exceptional customer service—she is incredibly friendly, helpful, and a true pleasure to deal with. That level of care and attentiveness is quite rare these days. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of hearing services.

  I was about to stop wearing my hearing aids I had trouble inserting them,so I must give big thank you to Paul in Haliburton for taking the time to retest me and show me how to insert them properly.he is so caring and gentle and knowledgeable.Thank you Vera
