  A big positive shoutout to the team at Bisson dentistry that attended me on Friday. Dr Ponnu and Georgina (dr in transition) were fabulous and fixed my problem perfectly. Thank you! Also I want to thank the reception team who are the best!!!

  Bisson goes above and beyond. Dr. Green and Georgina treated me at my last visit and made me feel so comfortable while they replaced two of my fillings. This was the least stressful dental work I’ve ever had, and I appreciated that a great deal. Thanks for everything!

  I had my first appointment with Bisson Dentistry yesterday. Everybody, was wonderful - from the front office folks who helped me set up the appointment (tech is not my friend) and plan the followup appointments, to the dentist who took every care to ensure I was made welcome, at ease, and that I understood my health and well-being were their genuine concern. My thanks to you all, but I want to especially to highlight Tabatha. I should preface this by saying that I grew up in England with 1950's and 60's dentistry, which was far from pleasant... Right from the start, from the moment she introduced herself and gave me a tour of the office, Tabatha was the perfect mix of personable and professional. We had a chat about my reasons for seeking help, my background, even my hobbies and interests, so that she could get a full, holistic picture of me as an individual. It was clear to me that her concern was for my well-being, not the time on her watch or her next patient. She conducted a thorough dental examination, explaining what she was doing and why as she went along, and her knowledge and compassion were evident throughout. I came away with all the information I needed to make informed choices, my anxiety about visiting a dentist gone, and if I may say, like I'd made a new friend. I have nothing but great things to say about this consummate professional! Thank you, Tabatha - I wish I'd come to you years ago!

  I was in the office July 15 to see Dr. Pannu as I had numerous concerns with my recent tooth extraction and bone graft. Even though Dr. Pannu did not do this procedure she was so attentive and compassionate and put my mind at ease. Riz, her dental assistant was the icing on the cake. She was so kind and had me feeling less anxious before the dentist even came in. I was very emotional and overwhelmed with everything and she was absolutely well educated on how to deal with my emotions. Might not even be educated as I think this kindness came naturally to her. Her kind words, gentle touch on the arm, everything about her reassuring. Could not have asked for a better visit!

  From the moment that I stepped into the office until the conclusion of the procedure my needs, comfort level, and information about the steps involved were addressed consistently and professionally. Everyone in this office is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Tanvit and the dental assistant, Angelina, were professional, understanding, and comforting throughout the procedure. The finished crown was PERFECT, very unlike a previous one that I had put in at another dental office. The crown fit nice and snug to the gum line, the colour was right, and was made to the appropriate size. It is 3 days later and there has been no pain. It is also a real advantage that the facilities and expertise to manufacture the crown are in house so that after an 1 hour wait the crown was ready. No need for a later, second visit.
