  My father has been relying on the amazing team at Connect Hearing in Grimsby since 2017. I saw that he had every device in his home turned up to 11, and he was having difficulty hearing any conversation, with his hearing aids in. So we made a troubleshooting appointment for the same week. They treated my father with respect and kindness, using his first name throughout the appointment. (Like you would treat a cherished old friend). They repaired one of the hearing aids. Adjusted the sensitivity of both and cleaned his ears. Then they assisted with the paperwork to have new hearing aids ordered under warranty. I had asked my father on our way to the appointment why he did not simply go to the hearing centre in our town, which is 25 minutes away by car. Now I understand why he prefers the trip to Grimsby. People make all the difference in the world. So take this lesson to the bank; if you want people to go out of their way to your business, treat them with kindness and respect while providing superb support. You will earn their loyalty and prosper.

  I was disappointed with our experience at this hearing aid store. While the staff was friendly, the pricing was objectively higher than other providers in the area, which was frustrating given the limited options presented. Even after asking about different brands and alternatives, we were only shown a single product, making it difficult to feel confident we were getting the best fit for our needs. We also felt pressure in how things were presented, which didn’t sit well with us. Overall, I was hoping for a more transparent, informative, and customer-focused experience.

  I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service that I received from Grimsby Connect Hearing. Alyssa Spry went so far beyond the call of duty when she assisted me over and over again to have my health benefit plan fiinally accept my hearing aid application. The benefit company made so many unusual, demanding requests for documentations from Connect Hearing and required so many calls, texts and emails for Alyssa Spry to respond to and to connect with the ADP officers. Not once did Alyssa complain or hesitate to help. She was so eager to help and give the information and support me to send documents via fax, online....Truly, this problem went on from September 28th until February 7!!! And, Alyssa was always smiling, spunky, bubbly and remained persistent to get my claim finalized. She never gave up and was filled with positive energy and motivation to get things finished for me. This personal support and integrity is unfortunately so rare these days. I feel blessed to have had her help me; I think I might have given up if she wasn't so willing to help. I sent my dad to her for his hearing aid check up. And, my parents adored her and loved her. They still talk about her and will definitely want to continue to go to her. I will be sure to recommend this clinic and Alyssa Spry to others. Thank you so much, Alyssa.
