  A wonderful experience from reception to the testing. Maria Popoli was very patient and thorough. She took the time to understand my needs. I ordered my Phonak Sphere hearing aids. Came back for a fitting and information on how to use the app. A surprise Maria called me to see how things were going. I gave her some feedback and we will discuss it in my next scheduled appointment. I would highly recommend this office

  I can walk in anytime to Connect Hearing in Fonthill and I am always welcome and given excellent service. No matter what the issue is, I feel supported and listened to. I appreciate that I have the opportunity to test hearing aids before I purchase them. Thank you, Maria and Tracy.

  So, I had a hearing test today shared my financial situation and requests and expectations. After all was said and done, staff did NOT fully explain $ regarding payment plan. I had to push to have more detailed explanation of cost breakdown abd was FINALLY told the $1000 ADP and CAA discounts were NOat part of the payment plan cost. Needless to say, mine and staffs' time was wasted. I made it abundantly clear from the start that I would be purchasing on a payment plan. And STiLL no facts were offered regarding the omission of ADP Government and CAA discount. And I was annoyed more so because I was so upfront with them about my wishes and they still kept stringing me along!

  I have never had a better experience in any service or business I have had to do business with. The entire process from booking to follow up to the hearing assessment for my Father in law and I was outstanding. Brad and Jackie were over the top with their greeting and level of service. You would be doing yourself a complete injustice if you did not try this office for your hearing or hearing aid needs. Outstanding Professionalism and care was experienced.
