Dr Natalia Nowakowska optometrist, is great, Dr Natalia Nowakowska seen there was a problem with one of my eyes and got me into St Michaels optometry until right away, Dr Natalia Nowakowska is very good, words aren't enuff to thank Dr Natalia Nowakowska, but thank you so much, I believe the other optometrist is good to,the staff are great and great to, I highly recommend specsavers at sherway gardens thankyou again Dr Natalia Nowakowska.

I had a great experience at Specsavers. William at the front desk was welcoming, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Dayapreet was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions while ensuring I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Their excellent customer service and care made for a very positive visit, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eye care.

I recently visited Specsavers at Sherway Gardens for an eye exam and to purchase both prescription glasses and sunglasses, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I took advantage of their 2 pairs for $300 promotion and purchased two beautiful designer frames by Marc Jacobs. I receive compliments on both pairs all the time! What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Marco took the time to get to know my style and preferences, and it genuinely felt like I was shopping with a friend rather than being told what to try on. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process enjoyable. The eye exam was also extremely thorough, and I left feeling confident that my vision needs had been carefully assessed. From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Specsavers Sherway Gardens to anyone looking for quality eyewear, great value, and outstanding customer service.

I came here during one of their sales back in early January 2026 because other locations did t have what I was looking for. I have a small face so it's difficult to find adult glasses at a small size.
Great prices, great selection, friendly staff, and great coverage for insurance. I walked on looking for glasses and bought it same day. Got the finished glasses on a week. (They are covered by Canada Life as of May 19, 2026)
They were so reliable from the first time I went that I came back to repair an older pair of glasses that I didn't even buy from them. It was missing a screw and I was ready to pay for repairs but they actually helped me out by offering to provide the screw at no charge!
Great, helpful staff and legitimately want to help! They're located near Eataly. From the mall entrance, make a left. It'll be the 2nd or 3rd store on your left, across from the Mr Pretzel.
If you need glasses at a good price and great service, this is the location to go to! Definitely recommend!!!
