Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

How can I amend or cancel my order?

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.

Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?

If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.

Adult eye exams

We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.

Children’s eye care

Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.

Contact Lens assessments

During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

3D scanning technology (OCT)

At Specsavers we include an advanced 3D eye scan as part of every standard comprehensive eye exam, at no extra charge. This helps our optometrists detect eye conditions earlier and makes our eye exam the most revealing eye exam yet.

I had to get an eye exam, reading glasses and distance glasses. The service is great. Staff is friendly and you are warmly greeted. Was there a mistake? Yes. My last name was misspelled incorrectly and I had to get invoices and prescription reissued. This was handled very quickly which was a plus! How a business handles a mistake is a good way to judge it. I also had to get my distance glasses adjusted and it was done very quickly (10 minutes or so). When I received my glasses, I must say, it was a nice touch that they included the lens cleaner in the bag. Dr. Dhaliwal, I cannot thank her enough for getting me an earlier appointment to see another Ophthalmologist which was much earlier appointment than I thought it would be. I highly recommend this business if you need glasses or an eye exam.

I have to say that I am truly blown away by the superb customer service I have received from Rubina. This being my first time shopping for glasses I was insecure .I was in earlier this week after a very negative experience from Bonlook. All in all this location prides itself in providing the best , fast and friendly service . I'm loving my new glasses and will be recommending this place to all my family and friends . I had a great experience with Isabel today! My English is not very good when it comes to glasses and eye exams, but she understood everything I needed and patiently explained everything to me. She and her manager also offered me a really good deal on two pairs of glasses. and, Doctor Natalia is also one of the best eye doctors! Everything was wonderful! I had the pleasure of meeting Irina when I needed to purchase two new pairs of bifocal glasses after a change of prescription from the optometrist. Irina was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable when helping me pick out the glasses that would flatter my face. Irina guided me through the whole process including helping me pick out the right colour for my transition lenses. When my new glasses arrived they needed a small adjustment on one of the arms so it fit more tightly around my ear and Irina made sure it was a perfect fit. Great service, Ronetta have an excellent customer service, very helpful, she takes extra time with me choosing my frames and lenses. I am so glad I have Dr. Nowakoska, who did a thorough eye exams. She answered all my questions, she makes me feel very comfortable, she cares for her patients.I am very blessed to have her as my eye doctor. I would truly recommend her to anyone without any hesitation.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
