I was especially thankful when ordering my contact lenses before an upcoming trip — they understood the time sensitivity and made sure everything arrived in time, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Another thing I noticed and appreciated was that the store didn’t have a strong smell, which matters a lot to me because I have scent sensitivity. The eye appointment itself was also very thorough, while still being well time-managed and efficient. Overall, the experience felt professional, considerate, and comfortable from start to finish.

Made sure that I don't have any sugar in my eyes. The front end worker, is name Adnand. He Was the greatest help of them all, he explain from a to z how insurance work and the government insurance works and help me pick up glasses and put it on my file until I bring my form from the government to purchase my glasses from Specsavers. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
