  I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters. Livia was very helpful picking out transition lenses for my new glasses and was patient with me as I compared colours back and forth. The entire team was a great help and I'll be sure to come back the next time I'm looking for a new pair of glasses or sunglasses.

  I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters, and I would especially like to recognize Mahnaz for their outstanding customer service. They were friendly, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. Mahnaz took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. It’s not often that you come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond for a customer. Their attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out. Thank you, Mahnaz, for making my experience such a great one. I truly appreciate your excellent service and would definitely recommend LensCrafters because of employees like you!

  Fantastic location! Bought a brand new pair and had an incident less than a month after purchase that bent the frame quite badly. Mehnaz suggested I bring them in and less than 5 minutes later Chris had them like brand new. Seriously talented and I swear they fit better than before 😃 thank you! Will definitely be recommending this location in the future!

  I had an excellent experience with Helly at LensCrafters. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I found the right pair of glasses, and never made me feel rushed. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. It’s rare to receive customer service at this level, and Helly truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend asking for her if you visit LensCrafters!

  Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters thanks to Hila and Mahnaz. Hila was fantastic right from the start, patiently guiding me through choosing the perfect Ray-Ban frame and helping me select the right lenses. Later, Mahnaz took over to finalize my progressive lenses with incredible care and precision. Both Hila and Mahnaz were patient, kind, and truly understanding throughout the entire process. They both went above and beyond my expectations to ensure everything was tailored just right. I couldn't be happier with the outstanding level of service and the great price I received. Highly recommended!
