Adult eye exams
We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care
Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.
Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

11/10 if I could. Dr. Liam Kunic was amazing. He explained everything very well, was very nice and made my experience very positive. I will be going back to him as my eye doctor for as long as possible. The Sales/retail staff was also very friendly, helpful and non-pressuring (sale wise). Glasses were very affordable and made sure that my insurance went through! I was very pleasantly surprised about my whole experience, given I last minute booked an eye exam for that same day. Again 11/10. Thanks!

Specsavers was actually pretty good. The staff were nice and made everything easy, especially the eye test. They helped me pick frames that look good on me and didn’t rush me or anything. Whole thing was quick and simple and I’m happy with my glasses.

Megha provided excellent service and was very helpful throughout my visit. She communicated clearly, explained everything in a simple and professional manner, and made sure all my questions were answered. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made the experience very comfortable. I highly appreciate her support and would recommend her to others.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
