- BEBeauty Business EssentialsSep 21, 20261.0I went to pick up my replacement glasses from this location the store manager switched my brand new pair and deliberately gave me old ones! When you get your Meta glasses don't let them open the box without you there watching over them. When I paired the glasses she gave me the battery percentage and other details were missing no matter how many times I deleted the app. The glasses were also loose and full of scratches I even called them back asking if the Gen 1 and Gen 2 Skylar's were the same size. Also the audio on my glasses stopped working on the right side and eventually the left!
