Called in 2 weeks prior for an appointment, and waited 30 min prior the to appointment that day to be charged an EMERGENCY fee of $162.00. Who charges this to a regular patient that requests an appointment 2 weeks prior to any work. Never will I return. Really is too bad as the new dentist is really good, but I can afford to be paying for services I did not require. This was not an Emergency. Emergency my @$. Hope the extra $162 makes up for lost patients.
