Adult eye exams
We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care
Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.
Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.
3D scanning technology (OCT)
At Specsavers we include an advanced 3D eye scan as part of every standard comprehensive eye exam, at no extra charge. This helps our optometrists detect eye conditions earlier and makes our eye exam the most revealing eye exam yet.

I had a really wonderful experience at this specsavers, and couldn't recommend enough.
The optician Zorana is really charismatic and lovely -- and was very patient with me as I went back and forth on various frames in the store. I needed a day to think about it, and when I returned she is the one who sent in my quote for insurance and also finalized my purchase. When I came to pick my glasses up a week or so later, she also adjusted my glasses (and was happy to adjust a second pair I brought from home). She navigates people very well, even the after-work rush. Not to mention, she has great style and rocks her own glasses!
A few weeks later I returned to the store with an issue (of my own making) and was helped by Amith. He really went above and beyond in helping me and ensuring I was happy.
Really appreciate the kind service and quality frames at this store!

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses ages ago through Spec Savers. I was texted that they were ready and both pairs came untinted (obviously not what I ordered for sunglasses). Stuff happens, and I could see on the receipt that it was not the person working there's fault - they had tinted indicated on the order. They were sent back and new pairs were ordered, and when I went to pick them up they were untinted AGAIN. The store said they would email me with updates for a third order but that has not happened. I am extremely frustrated with this process. On the receipt it had said tinted again so this is obviously a production problem, but the contact us option on the Spec Saver website is not working so I am writing my disappointment here.
