Adult eye exams
We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care
Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.
Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

Quick and attentive service. The optometrist was thorough and offered helpful solutions that included temporary prescription support as well as longterm natural remedies. I brought my infant with me who was a bit upset and both employees helped watch her while I completed the eye exam. Afterwards, they assisted me in quickly choosing glasses I wanted that fit my budget and style preferences. The speed was important as my child was getting increasingly upset. Lastly, they adjusted both of my glasses that were ill-fitting (always falling off my face) that were purchased from a different retailer in the mall. I had returned to that retailer multiple times to have my glasses fixed and they could never make them any better. The Specsavers employee took the time to make sure I was happy with the fit even though they weren't even a Specsaver product. Very pleased!

After choosing a new pair of glasses in a rush (and after a rough personal week)I wasn’t feeling confident when I looked in the mirror, and the glasses were tight around my nose bridge. I broke my glasses recently and went into this specsavers location to purchase the same pair that broke. Instead of trying to upsell me on a new pair of glasses, Ekta let me know about a warranty on my glasses that I was unaware of. I went in expecting to pay for a brand new pair of glasses and was pleasantly surprised that I had to pay $0 to replace my glasses.
Great customer service and would recommend to anyone looking to get a great deal on glasses.

I HAD AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION, ALL THANKS TO EKTA!
When I first arrived, I was a little confused and wasn’t sure what to expect, but EKTA immediately made me feel comfortable. She took the time to explain everything to me clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process so easy and stress-free.
Even though the store was extremely busy, EKTA went above and beyond to make time for me. She was able to book my eye exam right away and helped me through the entire process. I was even able to purchase my glasses during the same visit!
She also took the time to explain my PC points and make sure I understood everything. Her knowledge, professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness really stood out. She even offered me water, which was such a thoughtful little touch and made me feel truly cared for as a customer.
The entire team was incredibly friendly, efficient, and helpful. Everyone made me feel welcome, and I genuinely enjoyed my experience from start to finish.
The store itself was also very clean, organized, and honestly smelled AMAZING! You can tell the team takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for their customers.

I had such a wonderful experience at Specsavers Mapleview. From the moment I walked in, Ekta greeted me with such a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable. She was incredibly kind, respectful, and sweet throughout my entire visit. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she took the time to listen to what I was looking for and help me choose the right glasses.
I came in for an eye exam and was also able to get two pairs of glasses for $99, which was an amazing value. But honestly, what stood out the most was the excellent customer service. Ekta treated me so kindly and made the entire experience feel personal and enjoyable. It’s not every day you come across someone who is this friendly and genuinely cares about their customers.
A big thank you to Ekta for making me feel so welcome and for making my visit such a pleasant experience. I really appreciate the wonderful service and will definitely be returning!
