They made us feel so welcomed and our appointment took place on time. When we got our eyes checked, everything was explained thoroughly. I learned things I was never told at places I've gone to previously. Service was phenomenal as they were friendly and knowledgeable; especially Kristi. She took the time to show my family different glasses and explained the differences between progressives and super boost. They had a wide selection of brand name glasses and she helped us make the right choices for our family without any pressure. I will definitely come back with my family, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all my family and friends.

They had a great selection of frames and the price was incredible. 1/3 the price of other eyewear shops but the quality is just as good. The staff are so friendly and provide wonderful customer service. I will certainly be back.

Learned I needed glasses. They gave me my prescription. They showed me the selection of glasses and told me about the current deals. There was no pressure to buy any frames from them. I decided to buy frames from them. They helped with advice and selection while letting me make any decisions. Only a week later I received two pairs of glasses (sunglasses and regular). Overall a great experience and I can see better than I ever have. Kristi attended to me and made the whole experience great. I highly recommend this place for anyone who doesn't already have an optometrist. No nonsense, get the job done kind of place.

This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?

Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
